وتقوم إدارة حماية المستهلك بتجميع سجلات المخالفات وإعداد الإحصاءات وتحضير التقارير ضمن دورها الرقابي، بحسب ما يذكره موقع الوزارة. ويستطيع المستهلكون تقديم الشكاوى بالاتصال على الرقم 135 أو عبر المنصات الرقمية للوزارة وتطبيقها المحمول. ويتيح هذا التنظيم الاستجابة السريعة للمخالفات المبلغ عنها في النشاط التجاري.
